They did give it (and the Ion Quad Coupe) a shoutout, though.
RIP affordable suicide doors in America.
Isn't the Meriva close to the Spark/Sonic? Could we get factory suicide doors on those?

Well that was lame. All extended cab trucks are like that. Pickup truck and Rolls Royce should have been 2 entries, not half the list.

Out of production, alas. Guess I should start working on a massive list of all the suicide-door cars ever list.

Good call! I'll add that into the list in a moment.

Yeah it was a tough call as to whether RR Phantom/Drophead Coupe/Drophead Conv and RR Ghost/Wraith were two cars or 5. We sided with 5 because, well, suicide doors on coupes/convertibles.

Unfortunately not. The Meriva's around the same size as the Chevy Sonic, but that car rides on a platform developed for Chevy/Daewoo. The Mervia is based on the Opel Corsa, that shares its bits with the Opel Combo, Fiat Punto, Alfa Romeo MiTo and (drum roll) the Fiat 500L.

They sure did milk the hell out of the "pick up" and Rolls Royce options...man 2 pages of content for those?!
